- Customers may cancel their furniture order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the item has not yet been shipped or processed for delivery.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

- Orders may be cancelled and refunded if the furniture item has not yet been shipped or processed for delivery.
- Customized or personalized furniture orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
- If the furniture item has already been shipped, customers may initiate a return for a refund according to our standard return policy.
